IT’S A MARATHON, NOT A SPRINT

We need to learn to run with patience:

•       We can benefit more from recovery and healing when we aren’t trying to rush the growth.

•       We can commit to the process.

•       We can settle in and allow the progression of self-discovery to happen.

•       We remove the pressure: one foot in front of the other, one step at a time, one day at a time.

Do our best to avoid burnout:

•       Move at a steady, even pace (we’re not cramming for a final or certification!)

•       Learn a new tool or technique and embrace it; lean into it and see if it’s right for you. If not now, maybe for later.

•       Dedicate as much time to your self-care as you do your recovery and healing: emotions need to be processed.

 Reach Out

•       You are NOT alone, and you are NOT a burden!

•       If you need support, find it!

If you have any questions, please let me know. I answer my emails unless you’re a solicitor.

Sending everyone happy and healthy vibes,

If you reach out, please be patient. I’m not a life coach anymore because of my health issues.
