A:  Anchors:  A physical object to help ground you.

C:  Calming Technique: Your favorite calming technique: deep breaths, counting, aromatherapy, meditation, yoga, stretching, walking.

T: Team: Get in touch with your Sobriety Circle, Healing Hive, or other trusted resource.        

I: Inspiration: Remember what inspires you and how it started you on your journey.

O: Optimism: Ask yourself, “What is the good?” instead of “What good is it?” What lesson can be learned in this moment?

N: Needs: Identify your needs and practice self-care by pausing and making sure your boundaries are in tact.
